Knowledgebase Manager Pro generates a special XML sitemap which helps search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, Ask.com, and others to better index your knowledge base. With such a sitemap, it’s much easier for the crawlers to see the complete structure of your site and retrieve it more efficiently. Additionally it notifies all major search engines every time you create an article about the new content or on certain schedule, if you have enabled these options.

It can generate both plain XML sitemap file and its gzipped version. Good crawlers always choose gzipped version if it is available to save traffic and reduce server load.

It also reports when the last sitemap has been built and if each search engine has been successfully notified. You can launch sitemap rebuild manually at any moment.
