It is pleasure to tell that KnowledgeBase Manager Pro v5.1.1 has been released today. LDAP integration, lots of new small but tasty features, and numerous improvements have been added to the new version. Dialog with our customers turned into fruitful close collaboration and allowed us to make KnowledgeBase Manager Pro more stable, easy-to-use and, we are not afraid of these words now, almost perfect.

Knowledge Base Manager Pro runs smoothly on Microsoft IIS6 and IIS7 servers from now on! It is a good addition to already supported Apache and LigHTTPD. You can now run Knowledge Base Manager Pro on majority servers!

Introducing the upcoming “custom fields” feature of our knowledge base software that will greatly enhance customization abilities of Knowledge Base Manager Pro. Custom fields are user-defined variables that can be assigned to articles. Custom fields can be searched and provide additional depth and filter options to articles in your corporate knowledge base.
