We are happy to inform you that maintenance update for Knowledge Base Manager Pro has been released today. While we are working hard on major 5.3 version, this release is fully dedicated to our customers’ reports for shortcomings in Knowledge Base Manager Pro. By the way, this time we have received less issue reports than we had for previous version. This means that we have reached a high stability level already.

Thanks to everyone who send us their feedback. Our mutual efforts make Knowledge Base Manager Pro more stable, fast, and robust. It is a win-win for everyone.

Spring Gift: Increased Amount of Free Starting Support and Update

We have increased the amount of free support period that you get with purchase of Knowledgebase Manager Pro. Now you get free 6 months of Support & Maintenance instead of 3 months issued earlier.

This change affects all present licenses as well as new ones, so that many of our current customers can upgrade to the latest version without spending a penny.

Even if your Support & Maintenance is not active at the moment, you can extend it for a reasonable price. For example you can extend support of 5 Account License for 12 months just for $85! You can do this at any moment from your member area.

Just to remind, Support & Maintenance subscription includes:

  • Minor and Major software updates
  • Support by Phone, Email, Ticket System, Chat & Instant Messengers (Skype, ICQ etc.)
  • Troubleshooting of any issue until it is resolved in full
  • Installation and configuration assistance

Update Now

Existing customers can upgrade for free (assuming you have a valid maintenance plan) right from the application. Just login to your knowledge base and click the "Update to 5.2.2" button on the right dashboard panel. Read the Update Instructions carefully before updating! 

We have also improved comprehensiveness of installation wizard and installation manual. It is much easier to install not only Knowledge Base Manager Pro, but all required components, like PHP, URL Rewrite, and MySQL, as well.
