Knowledge Base Software Update Coming: Public Beta Testing Launched
We have launched public beta testing of the new KnowledgeBase Manager Pro version today and invite everyone to evaluate it before the release. We are always guided by our customers’ feedback and we also want to hear from you this time. Your feedback will help us to eliminate all small shortcomings that may still persist in the beta version of the product.
We’re looking at a 1-2 week public beta period before release because the product is already quite stable after our 6 week internal testing cycle.
Main goal of the new update is make KnowledgeBase Manager Pro more user-friendly and improve search effectiveness.
There are lots of new must-have features in the new version, like:
- Searchable attachments
- Improved search with ability to choose search method – Boolean search, Natural-Language search, or Keyword search
- Article templates – reusable parts for quick insertion into your articles
- Instant search suggest
