License name defines the maximum number of user accounts that can be created to login and access restricted content. Staff users may have different access permissions, and client users are read-only users with access to the front-end only. There is no limit to the number of people who can view or browse your knowledge base without accounts/logins (anonymously).
Knowledgebase Manager Pro being offered in two versions: owned - standalone web application running on your server and hosted version - running on our environment with support and maintenance included. Installation Service is being provided on demand and is not obligatory. Normally, it takes no hassle to install Knowledgebase Manager Pro to a server on your own.

Although software maintenance is not mandatory, you greatly benefit from active support and maintenance. Support & Maintenance subscription includes:
