In "Styling and Settings of Front-end Knowledge Base" I get the error message when I try to upload my logo: "Wrong Logo Format"

KnowledgeBase Manager Pro uses server mime-type check function for image file that you upload as logo. If mime-type check function doesn't work on your server, you may get this error: "Wrong Logo Format". To resolve this issue, you should disable mime-type check in system settings:

  1. Go to the "Administration" > "General Settings" module.
  2. Remove checkbox from the Mime-Type Check setting.
  3. Click "Save".
