Issues with Files

1	I get 404 error when download attachment from IIS7
2	Empty left bar on image manager screen
3	I cannot delete the /admin/install folder
4	In "Styling and Settings of Front-end Knowledge Base" I get the error message when I try to upload my logo: "Wrong Logo Format"
5	Increasing maximum allowed size for uploads on IIS7
6	Pictures uploading via the WYSIWYG Picture Manager fails
7	Unable to download a file (attachment) via https (SSL) in Internet Explorer from IIS
8	Uploaded content (media files, attachments, etc) receive incorrect permissions
9	Uploaded files (images, attachments, etc) get deleted after some time or become inaccessible
