To edit details of a user, you need to locate the user first.
Go to the Users & Groups > All Users page.
User Lists
There are other pages that list Client or Staff users, or users that aren't approved or not assigned to any group specifically. However if you're not sure of the user type and status, we would recommend you to start from the All Users page.
Locate the user and click the "Edit" button against him to edit his account.
Edit the desired fields and click "Save & Close" to save changes.
