I get 404 error after installation! What's wrong?

You may notice on the second step of the installation process that URL rewrite module is not installed or not configured on your server.

You may also get the "404 Not Found" error after the installation.

When you open the www.yourwebsite.com/kmp/admin/ URL in your browser (assuming that KMP is installed under the "kmp" under the web root), you get redirected to the www.yourwebsite.com/kmp/admin/authorization/loginForm/ and see the default "404 Not Found" error generated by your web server, for example:

Try to add "index.php?/" after the "admin/", like this:

www.yourwebsite.com/kmp/admin/index.php?/authorization/loginForm/

You should see the login screen:

If you see it, this means that you need to install or configure URL rewriting module on your server. Further actions depend from the web software you're using.

Please note that you can't use KMP until the installation of the URL rewriting module. Steps that you've performed just shows us the cause of the issue.
